Take a look at the pricing, areas, neighborhoods, schools and find out the directions. Print those listing and take them with you when you go to look at the homes.

Step 2. Fill Out Our Pre-Qualification
On some of our Houses we offer Owner Financing . If you are interested in this program , review the Owner Financing page to understand how this program works.
Take a moment to fill out our Pre-Qualification you can access HERE .We also need to know what kind of down payment funds you have to work with. We'll get you a response within 2 or 3 days. Once you are pre-approved , we'll give you a general idea of the financing plan we can offer you based on the information you provided on your application.

Step 3. Visit our Homes
You can view any of the homes we have for sale or rent. First drive by the property. Then If you are interested in seeing the inside, give us a call to schedule a private showing. Step 4. Tie up The Home
So, you found a home you would like to buy, you know the price and terms of the purchase. Now is the time to stake your claim, before somebody else does. The only way you can guarantee that a certain home is reserved for you is by putting a deposit down on that home. We will then take the home off the market

Step 5. Close the Purchase
That’s the easiest part. Just show up at our office with the balance of the funds, sign a few papers, and pick up the keys.
